Awesome and so accomodating reception and staff Breathtaking views of the Wailea beach

It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing food and drinks. The staff are extremely nice and professional, they welcome you with love. We had our wedding in Maui a day before so when we arrived at the hotel a nice gift waited us in our room, which was really a cute surprise! I loved every minute we will come back for sure! :))

Nice facilities
I got bad/ignorance service from a guy working at Lobby lounge which i cant remember his name and verbal assault from your guests.
Very nice luxury hotel, comfortable large room. Friendly staff.
Food and beverage prices where extremely high in the restaurants and bars. For example, filet steak $91+tax+tip It was Easter, but the hotel seemed to be overrun by unsupervised children. As with many other hotels we have visited, most/all of the poolside sunbeds where occupied or reserved (but unused) by token guest items such as books, towels etc. without obvious signage or policing
Clean rooms. Great facilities. Friendly staff and excellent service.

This is a large hotel and sometimes felt crowded (e.g., needing to queue before 7am to get a seat next to the adult only pool). Possibly down to personal preference as we generally prefer to feel more private.
Love the location! You can see multiple islands from the resort. While having an oceanfront lunch we were greeted by two humpback whales breaching. Amazing experience!

Overall we loved our stay but that was more the fact the hotel was beautiful on a beautiful part of the island. The room we had was large with great amenities. They provided refillable water bottles. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and towels always replaced. The property was on Wailea beach and we were lucky enough to be there during whale season so every evening was filled with sunset watchin...
I have to admit we were a bit disappointed with the staff at the hotel. We’ve stayed at many four seasons and was expecting this one to be just as good considering the hotels brand values but the majority of the staff left a lot to be desired. Too busy. The adults pool system is flawed, should check if people are using space or just holding on to it
