Everything was great
The AC was noisy
It was very beautiful, well taken care of, lots of nature, spa facilities were kept clean. The food at the Inara restaurant was delicious! The staff were also very friendly & helpful.
Everything! Helpful and knowledgeable staff, lovely food, nice and comfortable room, quiet and love the sound of the birds in the morning. This was my second stay and there will be a third!

The staff were amazing! Everyone is super friendly and always wants to help. The guest relations team are exceptional!
Pool Area very well maintained with service to your sunbed of free waters & snacks during the day. Sun Beds all had towels on them already. Poolside Restaurant, staff were very friendly & food delicious. Bar Staff in the evening were superbly attentive & friendly.
Coffee at breakfast could have been easier to get.
The hotel grounds were beautiful, as was our room, and the food in the various restaurants was excellent, albeit expensive. The staff were friendly and looked to resolve the issues we had with the kids club, with the soft pillows. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but they gave us a free lunch/drink to look to resolve. This is not a €1,435 a night hotel. The room was not ready on arrival, even for a check in time of 3pm. We discovered over the holiday there were a lot of cobwebs in the room, and we even nicknamed a spider "Sammy the Spider" and fed him/her mosquitoes. Great location and comfortable accommodation
The resort had limited restaurant and bar facilities. Lots of friendly, willing staff, but service always seemed to take longer than expected
Staff Free Early check in and late check out Padel
Olive trees blocking the view of the pool view rooms. Azeri restaurant should open in the evening for more choice. The table tennis and pool room should be open to everyone.
The place is absolutely lovely, the service is really good. Can’t really fault it for anything.
