The facility was so pretty- very lush…comfortable pool chairs/staff was amazing
It is pricey, but that is expected for a Four Seasons Resort…Beach staff was not very attentive and the resort is quite large so your room is quite a hike
Everything was amazing. The staff, the restaurants, the food, the rooms and the grounds were absolutely incredible. I recommend taking the trip if you want to relax and get away from the big city life like the other islands. It was such a magical hotel and island.
Fox tv was on all day… sports and news.
The environment, the setting, and really enjoyed the pools as well as the instead restaurants.
The hotel is stunning! Beautiful views, good restaurants, wonderful spa, stylish design, awesome location etc. We stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon and it was really perfect. Note that Lana’i is a small island, so you can explore for maybe 1 day (they got us a car for 1 day) but then you will have seen it so you will spend a lot of time in the resort.
The organization/responsiveness prior to getting there is sub-par (booking of stuff, pick-up organization, no answer to emails for months) which is a shame for a FS. Service was overall great but they still struggle with some inconsistencies that they should work on.
The facility was outstanding and we are also glad we went up to see sensei, as both are needed to be experienced as they are truly amazing. We love snorkeling on the beach,sitting by the pool, all the restaurant options, playing pool, And both the people we met and the people that worked at the hotel could not have been friendlier. Its so relaxing and comfortable the resort is just next to the ocean and you can feel the breeze the weather is so nice in January we enjoyed it and there are a lot you activities and fun things to do that the front desk may help you with the staff are so friendly and helpful they picked us up from our private jet to the resort they took care of all our luggage the room was ready with the keys and...
The food is not so good Most of the options are either Hawaiian food or Japanese The in room dining menu was very limited with limited options and the food was kind of tasteless we tried the pool side restaurant it also lacks the international food there are no pastas or club sandwich or pizza the kind of food that everybody is used too so we also tried the one 40 it wasn’t very good the food does...Read more
