Pros (+) The Four Seasons Otemachi is the perfect hotel for a stay in the financial district of Tokyo... but even with family you can easily take the Metro.. Very clean and spacious rooms !

Pros (+) The location and the view are spectacular.
Cons (-) The staff is hit and miss some are really nice and some others borderline rude. The breakfast divided between the bar and the restaurant is absurd as in one side there is 1/4 the selection than the other at the same price. I wanted to try Four Seasons Tokyo but unfortunately falls short of the top standard.

Pros (+) Although the Imperial palace garden view is a little obstructed by another building, we managed to see Mt. Fuji right from our beds due to clear skies during the whole of our stay.
Cons (-) The carpark belongs to Otemachi building and it is a big hassle when we needed to charge the daily ticket to our room at the hotel lobby counter every day before we retrieve our car. Hotel guests can only use mechanical parking. Also, we had to provide a credit card for the hotel to charge deposit that is way more than the amount we need to pay for our stay. Pros (+) Staff was attentive and speak good English. However on 5th night we noticed that the water was milky from the tap, unsure of reasons. Can see Mount Fuji from my room. But it’s not convenient for us as we have babies, I took taxi most of the time if you want to go shopping area

Pros (+) An exceptional hotel with impeccable service and by far one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, even compared to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in around the world. The breathtaking views of Tokyo are amazing. Good gym.

Pros (+) Location is fantastic, just 5mins walk to Tokyo station and 20mins walk to Ginza. The view from the hotel is one of the best in the city and the hotel design itself as fabulous as the sonification. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not worth the price, especially when you have to pay in full for a child who barely eats. The room cleaners touched our stuff too much - I'm sure in good intention, but it went a bit too far. Every day we had to try and locate our items or bring things back into the state we wanted them.
