The bar and club lounge in particular were fantastic. So attentive to detail and proactively looking after your needs. Wonderful! The band were amazing as well!

Room condition was not bad and the employ could speak in English.
Due to the covid19 issue, only 2 restaurants were open in the hotel... so it was very inconvenient and room service food took such a long time. I was able to get my dinner over 1hour 10min.. after order.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights and this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It is literally next to the metro stop and within walking distance to the famous "5 avenues". Staff spoke English and were always ready to help when we needed. Breakfast was delicious and extensive in the beautiful restaurant area. Would definitely stay here again!
Great service staff and superbly maintained rooms with floor to ceiling views of downtown Tianjin. Right in the center of Tianjin but still away from the crowd.
The noise on weekends could be a slight issue for those prefer more serenity

Great service by all the staff at the hotel. Gorgeous spacious room and a really comfortable bed.
One suggestion for improvement is to provide more non-dairy milk alternatives at the hotel. It was unfortunate they didn't have any not even soy milk, as my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. Otherwise we had a really amazing stay!
The concierge/front desk staff are very helpful. My friend and I wanted for a drink in some bar and called the front desk to check. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the ladies are very sweet and helpful — with a warm smile!

the view of our room is very very good. but the windows are very streaky from the rain. the girl at the 9th floor was a bit rude, we just wanted to go to the roof top bar to have a look during the day, and she kept saying people are dining, which we are aware of. the swimming pool is great but the lighting is very strong and destroy the atmosphere. breakfast coffee can be better. coffee in the roo...Read more
