Pros (+) Loved the breakfast and the food in general. Plus the very friendly and helpful service is such a bonus. Otherwise the spa is amazing and the rooms are very comfy. Dimmer lights for the bathrooms would be great!
Cons (-) Pity that they have removed some delicious favorites from last year’s menu. Valentines Evening was overbooked so service levels dropped slightly.

Pros (+) We used The Four seasons as an opportunity to relax and wind down before going on safari. Location is stunning with a beautiful view from Flames restaurant. Staff were so friendly, smiling, helpful 100% of the time. Rooms are exceptionally clean and roomy. Food choice and quality was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.
