The house keeper broken the laptop during cleaning and they refused it
Great service and amenities.
We enjoyed the restaurants. The gym, as well as the general atmosphere and room, was complete.
Concierge service, for four seasons, was a disaster. The reception staff was not lovely, cold and poorly trained to deal with customers.
Helpfulness of staff - especially Nami who displayed incredible customer service in walking my wife and I around the corner to locate the correct charging device for our phone. Outstanding service.
7 emails leading up to my stay expressing how much the hotel was looking forward to our stay. There is no personal touch in such emails - ‘we can’t wait for you to join us’ etc is so false. Suggest you restrict to one or two max?
Absolutely perfect! Epic view from the room and great amenities. The swimming pool is really nice (provide swimming caps and goggles!). The staff was incredible as well. The concierge even helped us to book a last minute train ticket to busan. Perfect stay and staff!

The 'speakeasy' bar was a very disappointing experience. Too busy. Too pretentious. Poor quality drinks.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 11-year-old son caught a severe cold. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. A kind young lady from the reception accompanied us to the pharmacy and helped us get the necessary medication. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation so we could visit a doctor. The reception is very respectful. The room was clean, tidy and convenient. Big wardrobe in the room. All dishes in the room were clean. Great system of in-room dining where you make order via an iPad installed in the room. Also very quick. All meals are very delicious. The location is also very nice. Please keep up the great work!
At the reception during the check-in procedure they ask for a CREDIT card. For some reason the debit card is not good enough. I am not obliged to own a credit card.
