Pros (+) The location was great. The bathtub was amazing. The view was spectacular. The employees were amazing and so kind. The concierge was so helpful and booked us massages and sent them to our room.

Both chair and easy chair were uncomfortable to sit in, were the usual type chosen by designers who care nothing for ergonomics. Pros (+) Location is great, staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and comfy. Views from the top floors are insane.
Cons (-) This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons, so expected a level of luxury beyond what this hotel has to offer. There was a very basic restaurant/bar, a decent sized gym and a very small business center. The lobby is quite tiny as well. Just wasn't what I expected. Rooms were nice, but quite average for a hotel.
