The location is great, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good.Overall a good experience, but i needed a bit more for the real FS experience.
They put us in the room in the basement, which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel.I did mention it to the reception staff but nothing came out of it, i feel really bad that it lowered the experience, and hope to have a better one next time.
Total luxury! From the way the staff treated you to the fabulous amenities. Service was impeccable! Hope to stay there again in the future.

The hotel has some great qualities – the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the location is excellent, and the room itself was large and comfortable.
However, there were a few letdowns that impacted our experience. First, the terrace – which is one of the hotel’s main attractions and a big reason we booked – was shut, with no mention of this on the website. On our last day, we were hoping to relax and have breakfast in the garden, only to find it had been closed off for a private event, which we hadn’t been informed about in advance. The hotel was exactly what we wanted: small, refined and located right in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff were all wonderful, especially the knowledgeable and helpful concierges who recommended lots of places of interest off the beaten track that we could easily have overlooked. We had the option of the buffet or a-la-carte breakfast, so had many tasty options from which to choose. The service was very good too.
