Pros (+) one note,if they take it into account-we lived in a suite ,in the bathroom and toilet,ther was not single towel rac.
Cons (-) and also,reception can t block funds on viza debit card and we had to go tothe reception twice a day to pay separately

Pros (+) Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They advised us to go to a restaurant for dinner which was fantastic, and we went there twice as a result. Greta rooms and a lovely pool with nice relaxing surrounds.
Cons (-) Location is a kind of a compromise that's too close to the main route through the East of BA. We thought the Alvear Palace was better placed, and had the history too. We booked the hotel partly on its name and partly on the photos of the lovely old building featured online and which we never entered.
