The staff were what made the stay - super welcoming and couldn’t do enough! Special shout out to Shraddha who greeted us upon arrival and made our stay seamless all - she is a joy! Breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were also great - lovely massage and well maintained.
Service at the lobby lounges for food and drinks was very slow (only place we experienced this). The towels by the pool had brown marks on them and tables were rusty.
Team were excellent especially Jocelyn who spent time to chat with us and discovered it was our anniversary. We received a beautiful note and cake in our room as well as celebrations from the team in the restaurant. Also we left our sunglasses on the table in the room and HK team cleaned them and left a lovely glasses cleaner. Small details made a huge difference.
Wine menu, our favourite wines were not available Would have liked more options.

Understated elegance. Thoughtful amenities and predominantly courteous staff.
The checkout process was lengthy. More importantly, the staff on the counter wasn’t able to explain the reason for the delay or indicate how long the process would take. Housekeeping was good. High cleanliness levels all around. Rooms are decent. Reasonable coffee (Illy pod machine). Breakfast - Basics were covered. Fruit spread was nice. Coffee was fine. Seemed liked a good place for wedding groups and conferences, which seemed to be out and about during our stay.
Below par vs what the brand stands for. Property is small. No open spaces to have a breather per se. Service is slow - especially F&B, Valets. I found yellow urine strains on the toilet when I checked in the room, the AC was humid and hot. The room was not cleaned neither ready for a guest. The duty manager changed the room but refused to compensate or upgrade. The next day the managers apologized and offered multiple compensations but it was too late.
Quality of the food and friendliness of the staff. I also enjoyed using the leisure facilities and the pool.
