Very nice property close to many coffe shops, restaurants and walking areas. The rooms are big and very clean, the staff polite and helpful. The bed is super comfortable and I really liked the layout of the room. There is a lovely tea garden in the courtyard where you can sit, relax and sip tea. The tea garden is closing very early, it would be nice to be able to use the area in the evening, after a long day spent outside. Also language sometimes a bit of a challenge, I was surprised considering it’s the Four Seasons but I used a translator app when needed.Read more

I liked the cleanliness and the amenities provided in the room. They provided me with down feather pillow which I requested.
Food was expensive.
The staff were all friendly and helpful and very attentive to all my needs, exceptionally so in fact. Nothing was too much for them to assist with. The room was spacious and clean. If anything, the Hotel air-conditioning was too low and sitting in the lounge was therefore uncomfortable and cold.
Room carpets could be replaced and upgraded
We were there for 4 night in mid-April, absolutely loved our say. Would go as far as saying this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's located ideally, with the river and pier near by, beautiful to walk around. The staff were amazing. Concierge, front office and porters were so helpful with our queries about Beijing (our first visit) and requests. There were no delays, always well attend...

Kids room smelt as if the previous guests smoked there
There was a wide variety of breakfast that we can choose, from Asian to Western.
