Beautiful setting, beautiful hotel/design etc
Because of where our room was situated you have to walk through the main hotel lobby to get to the pool which feels very awkward
It was one of the best Four Seasons Hotel I've stayed in. The value for price probably the best for any hotel I've stayed in. Rooms are spacious with high ceiling. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Such a fine establishment.
The hotel could not do more to help us with a car during the chaos at the airport at the time of the earthquake. We were travelling for a wedding to another location before our stay at the Four Seasons and they went above and beyond to get us there. It was a perfect stay at the hotel before we flew back to the UK. I could not recommend it more highly.
Space, room to relax, pool area, gym, lobby area, lobby bar, front of house staff and local staff all exceptional. Garden landscape fresh smells everywhere ‘Zen’ feel.
Non local management. Unfortunately we arrived just before the earthquake the demonstration of emergency/crisis management planning was not evident and the poor local staff whilst trying required leadership and execution of a clear process and plan. Not evident from executives on duty that Friday.
The overall Property is amazing
The cost per day was very high.
Modern, clean, well maintained
Beautiful decor, very comfortable rooms , lovely restaurants and a social club bar
My room was located very far away from the spa - which meant I couldn’t wear a robe after my treatments to cross the entire reception area hence had to always change back to my clothes
Terrific service. Outstanding breakfast.
The area for coffee and snack in the day should be bigger
