Cons (-) They take credits from your accounts 2 times, one for hold & release and the other is after check-out. I tried reaching them out but no reply. So disappointing!

Pros (+) Nothing was really fantastic and remarkable grin this hotel.
Cons (-) The staff did not provide the level of service expected for a five star hotel. The elevator motor and constant dings and lots beeps could be heard 24/7 from the room. The room itself was very small and the TV did not work fluidly.
