Good location, about 15 mins walk to local eateries. Nice view because our room was facing the harbour. Room was spacious for four adults and very clean. Friendly staffs. Many different kinds of activities you can do. Great breakfast buffet selection.
The staff checked us in wasn’t too welcoming, and she made many mistakes. Other staffs were great. The hot tops are small and no jets. Poll tables need maintenance.
The room is large and clean, the view is good, the breakfast is rich in variety of good quality food. Staff is helpful. Free bicycle borrowing service is provided. Shuttle bus service from and to airport is included.
The balcony was not cleaned well when I checked in, there was trash on the floor of the balcony. I called the housekeeping team to come and clean up immediately, the issue is solved. Lastly, there are no building close to the hotel, so during night time in winter, the area around the hotel is very windy and cold, though this is not something the hotel can solve.
One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Taiwan. Staff were terrific, facilities were great, excellent location. Loved the breakfast and dinner.
The shower curtain let's water through, the floor was always wet. In room entertainment was comically bad.
Was very comfortable and stuff super nice. There is scooter rental close to the hotel as well as the city and food. Buffet for dinner was outstanding !
We had some time to spare before leaving after check out and wanted to just chill at the pool. Yes, pool was closed for maintenance at that time (mind you no one was there cleaning the pool) but since we didn’t want to swim and just sit at the tables that are near the pool, we were asked to leave. Had to ask the manager if we can just stay anyways and luckily we got an OK :)
