Pros (+) Actually everything exceeded our expectations, the very friendly staff, good location, nice restaurant and bar, spacious room. The hotel is located close to the beach, tram stop and a lot of nice restaurants (good sea food). Easy to reach, the airport is just 9km (15 minutes by car) away.

Cons (-) We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations for a Sheraton Four Points. On the first day, we noticed that the sealed water bottle in the room was reused the following days — simply refilled with tap water and presented as new. Pros (+) The staff was super friendly, the rooms were new and clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was right next to a brand new super market. The location was perfect for visiting Porto. We hopped on the 500 bus for 2.50 euros and enjoyed the seaside trip into the city.
