The staffs were great. Very helpful and friendly and polite. Helped us to check in very early. Property is located in Walking distance to the beach. Even though outside the city center, loads of taxis to take you to the center quickly. Very calm area. Very clean property.
Very minor to mention. Coffee is bad and that is not only the property but also many coffee shops in the city. Also I expected to have flip flops of some sort. Also hairdryer was missing.
The hotel is ideally situated near a variety of shops and restaurants. We received a warm and friendly welcome at reception, which set a great tone for our stay. Actually everything exceeded our expectations, the very friendly staff, good location, nice restaurant and bar, spacious room. The hotel is located close to the beach, tram stop and a lot of nice restaurants (good sea food). Easy to reach, the airport is just 9km (15 minutes by car) away.
The rooms were very clean and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and quiet, which made our stay more relaxing.
We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations for a Sheraton Four Points. On the first day, we noticed that the sealed water bottle in the room was reused the following days — simply refilled with tap water and presented as new. Spacious room, very comfy beds, proximity to beach and supermarket, daily cleaner and daily mineral water left in the room, friendly and helpful staff, 12 minutes from the airport!
