Pros (+) The hotel was very good, clean and comfortable, in a good location. The bar is good, everything is close, breakfast is good as well. If we had had no misunderstanding with the staff, it would have been very good.
Cons (-) We had a small misunderstanding with the staff about two things: first, that one of our family members arrived early with small children, and they had to pay extra money for being to do early check-in. Second, we wanted to leave our luggages in the hotel before going to the airport, and they said they did not have space, so we had to go to the city for a luggage box. Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff, clean, rooms were comfy. Breakie and gym were fair. They accommodated us very well through a black out in town.
Cons (-) The breakie was really good, but the same every day - only trickier if you're staying for a long period. The location was good for me on the days I was working but a bit far from the centre if you're traveling for fun.
