The room was very comfortable. The spa was a delight after getting caught in a cold rain earlier in the day. We enjoyed an excellent dinner.
I was disappointed that there was no coffee available in the lobby in the early morning. I’m an early riser and appreciate being to grab a cup of coffee and read until my wife wakes up.
I really can’t say enough about the beauty of this hotel, from the way the exterior recedes into the landscape to the warmly lit interiors. By far the most upscale FOSSHOTEL we stayed in, with extra kind and attentive staff, comfortable beds, delicious food, drinks, everything. It was lovely, and everyone was incredibly accommodating.
My only issue is the price, because I do believe $500+ USD for a small double room is over the top. I paid it because it was a family member’s birthday, and I was booking a bit last minute during a busy season — but with respect, the price point is a reach.

Location
Our room was so hot even after we opened the window for several hours. Whenever we would close it, it heats it back up quickly and we checked all furnaces were turned off.
Loved the vibe of the place. Hot Pools were extremely relaxing. Location is excellent.
Tasting menu with wine paring, and hot tub with beautiful view
Property is way over priced for what you get. TV did not work and to charge USD $6.00 for a cup of coffee when you are paying USD 350.00 per night is ridiculous. You can stay at hotels charging half that amount and get a free cup of coffee in the morning.
