Pros (+) Nice hot tubs were close by, nice big windows in the room to better see the Northern lights, staff was very friendly and accommodating, ding was a delicious experience.
Cons (-) Didn’t have a convenient store to purchase necessities on the premises or near by. A little refrigerator would have been nice to have to keep light foods and/or medicine (that has to be kept in the refrigerator) since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Pros (+) Everything perfect as expected. The hot tub is a real treat In our holidays we were normally staying in hostels and guesthouses but picked this place due to its perfect position according to our plans. Maybe I am stating the obvious but we could see the difference in service and rooms and facilities. Worth every penny.

Pros (+) The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The views are phenomenal. Staff is super friendly. The location is amazing close to black sand beach and Jökulsarlon glacier lagoon. The common areas are beautiful.
