The bed was not that comfortable, very hard and the gym was very, very small. Other than that, the staff was very nice, a very nice place.
The king suite room which came with the jacquazzi and hot room was great. The bed was very comfortable and overall very clean.
The spa facility was not up to a 5 star, the outdoor pool was not heated as you would get in many other winter stay spa facilities. The indoor pool was also very bland, horrible lighting and again the water temperature was not very warm.

The room with private terass was clean and spacious. Very nice SPA area.
Breakfast was in a booring room on second floor. Not so many choices and not worth the money. At night 21:00-24:00 a musician played and sang VERY loud so no rest or calm on the terass and impossible to sleep! Strange and very unnecessary.
We stopped here on our way to Naples Airport, just for the night. Very modern and bright Hotel, superbly clean and spacious. The room was large and airy, the bathroom was large and stylish. When we arrived we went to the wrong hotel as the two share a driveway, it wouldn have been great to have clearer signs to avoid any confusion. There was no one to help with the luggage.Read more
Breakfast was really nice. Everything was fresh and tasty.
The motion detector activated lights were very annoying. There was no way to turn them off. Yes, I did ask the desk and they told me that there was nothing that could be done to change it
