No refrigerators in the rooms, no help with getting luggage to room, placing anything in minibar will incur charge so basically no way to cool/ preserve anything, no drinking water in room except you want to pay $15 for a small bottle of water, crowdy beach,
Clean, spacious with all needed activities in one location
Stayed in the Versailles building and didn’t like having to walk around functions at the ballroom

The proximity to the beach was honestly the only plus about this resort/hotel.
Cleanliness: Not very clean. Our first room was dirty (stained sheets, dirty glass and a mini fridge that smelt like bad fish…which made the whole room smell). I called to complain and after three conversations, they changed our room - to an upgraded view…which I told them I didn’t care about, all I cared is that the room was clean. Some of Their staff, Cote, Main Bar exemplifies the worst what Miami has to offer. Imagine working in a place where you have MANDATORY tip, you have no incentive to be kind, polite or even show servitude. In contrast their staff at the beach,

Fontainebleau is always the best.
No Bath robe and slippers in the suite unlike Fontainebleau. I asked for it but they said they stopped giving it. Weird!
The property is big and extremely nice. There’s a variety of stores, restaurants etc.
It is a beautiful property; however it’s not a premium experience. The beach and bar are very nice. The club/pool are sketchy- could be when we arrived. The beach is beautiful. The restaurants are less than desire food that’s overpriced except the grill which I think is a nice casual option. We didn’t go to Hakkasan there however other locations of that chain were amazing.
