Cons (-) They told us we had $50 credit for all the restaurants. We got food from their restaurants in the hotel. But at the end of the stay, we didn’t get any credit.

Cons (-) Cabanas, daybeds fees in the pool area and chair fees. Ridiculous resort fees were all overpriced. Ego inflated staff at LIV Beach

Cons (-) A bit in an iffy end area of the strip- it wasn’t recommended by staff that we walk a few blocks to a pick up location in the early morning.

Pros (+) very comfy bed. nice brand new hotel. Great shower.
Cons (-) Getting to the guest elevators was a huge walk. not convenient. Signage is also very confusing getting around the place. And unlike many Vegas venues, this one lacks character. Nothing special to be memorable. Location is also at the very end of the strip, so the area is not so fun for walking around.

Cons (-) Absolutely great and glamorous! The hotel was incredibly fancy, spotless, and beautifully designed. Every detail felt luxurious, from the décor to the service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, upscale, and elegant stay.
