Rooms were functional and convenient
Thin toilet paper
The place is extremely conveniently located with a convenient store right next door and a 24-hour supermarket, while it's away from the noise and crowds of Shinjuku. It's so close to a mall that you may easily find restaurants in the nearby. The place is very well maintained. The room is spotless and utentils are new and clean. Clean, modern, conveniently located
The detail to everything, we had a very enjoyable stay.
Nothing that we didn't like.
Great location and property! Very clean and nice for a family or anybody who wants the convenience of a small kitchen and a washer and dryer during their stay. Would and will be staying there again!
There was nothing I didn’t like.
There was no breakfast provided.
Nothing in particular!
It has everything you need, in a lot of ways better than a traditional hotel as it has more mod-cons, including an Onsen-style bathroom which double serves as an (incredibly effective) drying room, there’s a balcony, and the bed is very comfortable (main bed, we didn’t use the sofa beds). We stayed three nights and really have little to no complaints.
It’s a bit small, but that’s pretty much all Tokyo locations as far as I can see. The air conditioning was very effective, nearly too much so and is directly above the bed, so it’s tricky to get the temperature right for sleeping.
Location and spacious compared to other hotels next to train
Small elevator
