Staff were all very attentive and considerate. Breakfast had a lot of options and good coffee. Reception was able to arrange for private drivers and tickets to tourist attractions. Offers money exchange services with good rates. Good location.
Not a big issue but some towels were visibly worn (but still clean and usable). Wish the gap on the closed bathroom door is smaller.
The room size only
1) Elevator too slow. Small, not able to fit 6 persons without luggage and if with luggage is only 3 persons. With exception new digital hotel floors button. 2) Complimentary 1 small bottle water each and required additional is allowable 1 only each day. 3) Never replenish shower gel and shampoo unless request at reception. Very clean and friendly staff. Special mention of Louise at the reception who conveyed a suggestion. I made regarding booking tickets for tours to his General Manager. GM had accepted the suggestion and was gracious enough to apologise and even reimbursed the difference in the pricing of that ticket to my surprise. The staff at the hotel are exceptional which makes staying at the Fivitel Boutique Hotel very relaxing. Nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely helpful, very friendly and make you feel like family. The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. Our room was upgraded to a higher floor so we could see the dragon river.

Swimming pool very small so is the gym but still does the job

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel!😊 From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of🫶🏻 They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed😊 The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay even more enjoyable🙌🏻
