Pros (+) Breakfast was good, the house was superb and the location was really quiet. With only a few rooms it feels extremely homely though very professional.
Cons (-) Did have an issue with the curtain but didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Pros (+) Location beautiful with lovely gardens and terrace. Perfect for a visit to Chatsworth. Stayed in one of the garden rooms, nicely appointed and loads of space, huge bed! Dinner was superb as was the range of wines to accompany it. Breakfast likewise very good.
