Pros (+) The check in staff are fantastic. Turns out I have booked for 2026 instead of 2025! But they sorted that out for me without me having to contact the booking agent as I have no telephone access.

Pros (+) Wasn't sure what to expect, was very pleasantly surprised. Good location right out of Old Town, spacious room, very nice included breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.

Pros (+) Just what we were looking for, very cool hotel and the staff were great. Good recommendation for a local restaurant La Petite Brasserie, great local food and less than 5 minutes from the hotel. All in all a great room and not as corporate as other Hyatt brands and hotels. Thank you all at First Name Bordeaux
Cons (-) It took us 20 minutes to get out of the underground car park as no one was answering the button on the exit barrier, slightly annoying, other than that all good :-)

Pros (+) Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff particularly Shireen who gave us access to the rooftop area so that we could celebrate our friend’s birthday in private. Great choice for breakfast and dinner. Rooms spacious and clean. Very central location and ease of access to the airport as the tram stop is just outside the hotel. Lovely vibe to the place, highly recommended.
