Cons (-) It took 2 weeks to release our deposit. Also I don’t understand why they required 100%+ of the value of our stay in Advance since they already had our credit card

Pros (+) Good location and easy parking. Our bedroom had no power. But the staff were quick to react and gave us free parking and free breakfast. So instead of leaving this hotel feeling negative I feel really positive about how the situation was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great staff. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and wonderful cocktails too!

Pros (+) Hotel was modern. Staff were lovely. Bar and DJ were great. Tram from airport just outside hotel. Macdonalds and kfc just outside along with a shopping centre.

Pros (+) Beautiful architecture and one of the most exceptional hotel rooms I've been in my life. Large, modern, comfortable, outstanding views. Hotel staff are friendly and their customer service is top notch. We had an issue with the TV set and the manager moved us to a larger room.

Pros (+) Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an amazing location. The room was so spacious, comfy & stylish. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We were so close to many shops & attractions. Honestly the perfect place to stay!

Pros (+) The property is comfortable , informal , and in a great location . the staff are the real stars - extremely knowledgeable , helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) If I was really being picky then the building and surrounding building s of 1970s brutalist architecture may be a bit off putting but don’t let that deter you as the hotel is great !
