Outstanding property. We stayed just prior to summer opening so the beach club and one restaurant were not yet open which was a shame. But two excellent restaurants were. Facilities were exceptional
stayed at the Finca Property now for many years and return every year; the restaurants are fantastic the staff friendly and work very hard to provide a comfortable stay.It is a wonderful place to relax.
The bed duvet and linens could be better they dont seem to be breathable and covers and duvet not attached.
It’s a phenomal, one of a kind destination location.
The “heated”pool is not heated. It was tepid and at an unpleasant temperature.
Exquisite decor and wonderful ambiance. Property staff was great and helpful. Beautiful golf course and landscape.

Probably one of the loveliest hotel stays that we’ve had for many years Amazing food,staff and incredible service Nothing was a problem Fantastic feather pillows beautiful crisp bed linens and a sumptuous bathroom made the stay complete

Beautiful, mature gardens and impeccable internally. Delightful staff.
Staff occasionally couldn’t provide a five star service commensurate with the prices, due probably to the hotel being quite busy, and staff sometimes had a slightly rigid approach to service, which resulted in delays in service.
Service was great. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. Has an amazing golf course. It's very pretty and beautiful and a great place to recharge.
Need to get a bus to the beach.
The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the entire experience was very slick. Staff were eager to help and exceptionally well trained, in particular the dinner service staff in El Jardin. Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast service could be improved upon. I don’t think choices and variety are adequate enough for an hotel of such excellent standing and exceptionally high pricing. I also think breakfast staff should be trained to the same standard as dinner staff - each morning either the order wasn’t quite right, or we had to ask more than once for simple things such as still water or sugar for coffee. When service was provided, the food.
Breakfast was chaotic. We had four breakfasts, and apart from 1 breakfast - it was inconsistent, lacking management, and needed more staff or allocating staff to serve certain tables. One member of staff (who also works at the BC) was adept at passing tables with dirty plates, clients needing service, and merely collecting one coffee cup and returning it to the kitchen!
