Great facilities and amazing location right on the water. The views from the balconies we next level and the reception staff especially the Australian lady was very kind and informative.
We stayed in the residences apartment and our building was locked so we were stuck inside for about 20 minutes until staff came
I’m genuinely confused by the high ratings this hotel receives. After staying in over 200 hotels worldwide over the past 10 years, this is the one that stands out most for how far the service and quality fall short of the pricing. Lovely views. Gorgeous balcony in our room. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful pool.
Breakfast choice was a bit limited and didn’t feel like it offered luxury given the style and price of hotel. Dinner menu was overpriced and overly complex and the food was underwhelming. Peaceful and picturesque experience of Lake Como. Staff were very friendly and food was excellent! Has private beach and jetty for for boarding private boats.

We love the view from the apartment. How new and clean everything was. The staff was great, the breakfast and infinity pool amazing. Stefano at the beach bar was great and always very attentive with our family.
Nothing. We had an extremely great time. Not related to the hotel, if you don't have a car I'm not sure how would you move around town easily. However you can always rent a boat taxi and it's super fun.
Fantastic in every way. Beautiful balcony with a magnificent view. Every amenity you could want. Best place on our 2 week trip to Italy.
Beautiful and reasonably priced. A quiet oasis away from the business of the Lake’s touristy areas. A stunning view and direct water access. They arranged all our taxis and boat hire too.
Some Staff were great but others poor. A more general customer service focus training should apply to all staff. They don’t offer you drinks if you are sitting at sun beds etc

I have stayed here a few times before and enjoyed but this time was awful. I did not know they have apartments next door and I guess I booked one of those. Very basic room. It is a bit of a hike to the hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They don't use a fitted sheet. They just place a thin sheet on top of the mattress which is horrifying. The shower was brutal.
