It was hard to find the hotel and to find lobby parking
Nice ocean view, relatively quiet from the street noise, bed was comfortable, room was well laid out, close to restaurants.
Toilet room was extremely small, our room keys kept failing and had to be replaced multiple times, we were unable to charge drinks to our room when on the rooftop pool.
I loved the staff, amenities and location. The hotel has a nice rooftop gym and pool. It's also located in a Plaza that has everything from markets, restaurants, nail salons and more.
Unfortunately, there wasn't a microwave or refrigerator. It's ok for a night, but pretty inconvenient if you're staying for multiple days. However, they do have a coffee maker.
We were on the 9th floor. At night the sound of the pool waterfall kept us from having a good sleep. It would be nice to have another chair to sit on in the room, as there is only one place to sit and as a couple one of us always had to lay/sit on the bed if spending any time in the room.
We did not get a breakfast. We went to the restaurant but it was too pricey
Very few English speaking people available with the staff. Even the restaurant and bar had no English speaking people.
The front desk staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean but no fridge. Security people were very good and helped in parking my trailer.
The restaurant staff were very rude. The hostess waved their arms and said they don't understand English. Then we asked if they could put the world series on the tv. They said no. We went to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Then we sat down and were the only table occupied. And were ignored by the waiter for 15 minutes. We finally just left.
Everything was great! The beds are very comfy, the rooftop has great views of the city. And the service is awesome... Alberto was super helpful and very attentive to all of our needs and questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here! P.S. the breakfast buffet is really tasty and top quality!
Everything was good!

It was the day before the eclipse. Mazatlan was flooded with visitors. The ones that had planned this special trip to see the total eclipse in advance and the short notice travelers, like us, that decided to pay triple but not miss the planetary event. The booking system for hotels and rentals was collapsing. The apartment that we had booked a couple of weeks ago was cancelled with a message (not ...Read more
