Pros (+) Amazing location, so great it's almost surreal looking up at Waterfalls and snow on the distant peaks. Food was incredible too. So much for young families to do! Highly recommend.

Pros (+) Location is amazing, I can’t put it into words. There is a large number of facilities for children, both indoor and outdoor, so you don’t need to worry about the weather. The rooms are large and very well equipped, with good quality materials and attention to details.
Cons (-) Checkout is at 11, I would expect 12 from a five star hotel. I asked for 1 hour delay in checkout, but it was not possible. This kind of rigidity was very disappointing, especially since my reasons for late checkout were serious.

Pros (+) The facilities for occupying children are amazing. Even when the weather is bad, the indoor playgrounds and organized activities are sufficient to keep the small ones busy while the parents are relaxing in the sauna.
Cons (-) The food was OK but in my opinion did not meet the expectation of the price range for the property.

Pros (+) A perfect experience both on specific aspects as well as overall.
Cons (-) Hard to find anything, but it worth mentioning that the integration with Booking.com is not smooth - you can’t reserve a room for 2 adults and include children. My payment on Booking.com was not registered in the hotel’s system.

Pros (+) Kids heaven, amazing facility & nature all around. Housekeeping staff are super friendly, especially Fatima. Breakfast is the best
Cons (-) The front desk rarely answer guest calls, you’d have to walk down to them if you need anything.
