The breakfast, had a wide range of options. And guaranteed many selection. The pool with a lovely size and a lovely temperature that didn’t make you feel cold when even resting in the pool. Humidity and dust in the apartment(my wife has allergy and I advised before arrive but nobody took it in consideration), some spiders in the room, clogged sink, broken private, lack of recreation or activities at the hotel( all the hotels around have music and activities for the guests), little variety of food, having to pay for the drink is a shame for what we pay for. High cost.
Great location, very easy access to the beach. It’s a short walk to the marina with lots of restaurants to choose from and not very expensive. Our room was good, looking over the length of the pool, on the 3rd floor so had a good over view .
The room didn’t have any washing up stuff, ie washing up liquid ,dish cloths, or tea towel and no utensils to cook with . I think booking.com should let customers know this so they can bring there own, you could rent sauce pans etc but very expensive
What a great breakfast, so much choice . The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the marina where there are many restaurants to choose from . The staff are all so friendly, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds . You can walk out of the hotel straight onto the beach , it’s just a great location
Beautiful location. Lovely to be able to swim in the pool overlooking the beach and sea. Lovely clean apartment. Very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. We were given the apartment we requested , a lovely bottle of bubbly awaited us and my parents were given a bottle of wine for their anniversary.
The TV reception. Picture was distorted and sometimes absent. We did report the problem and a technician was sent round. There was some improvement but not ideal - perhaps it is a bad signal area?
Facilities were fantastic - lovely big pool and right on the beach
Staff were a bit rude. We went to pay our deposit for the beach towels and didn't have cash (they only accept cash). The man behind the counter was very abrupt and unhelpful, just said, if we didn't have cash, we couldn't have a beach towel. Also, the staff were run off their feet at dinner time. Right on the beach. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Close to a large supermarket and the marina. Great cocktails!
Could have provided tea and coffee in the rooms.
The location was great with direct access to the beach from the hotel and it was within a short walk of the marina. The staff were helpful, pleasant and accommodating.
This didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. In particular the room seemed in need of a refurb with the bathroom and some of the furniture needing to be upgraded. The bathroom had black mould because of poor ventilation as well as needing to be re-grouted and the sofa was discoloured and saggy.
