Pros (+) Their room design is very efficient and modern. The location is also quite good since it's next to a train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they accommodated every request we had. Pros (+) Location was great - easy to get to from Narita airport, lots of public transportation options nearby. Everything was extremely clean and the room, though small, was well laid out. There was some separation of beds which was nice travelling with teens. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The beds were a little hard for us and we would have appreciated more pillows. There was not a good space for four small suitcases.

Pros (+) We loved that this motel was a little out of the main action but still close enough to get everywhere quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The coffee at the entrance to fav Tokyo Nishinppori was fantastic. We also had a little balcony to watch the snow fall.
