Large and impressive room which incorporated both western and Japanese styles. Large number of amenities available for customers. Air conditioning was great and easy to use.
WiFi was slow and inconsistent which was frustrating. The curtains in the room were not blackout so in the morning would not block sunlight enough
The room was very clean n spacious. The beds were huge n comfortable. The self check in and check out were easy. We did enjoy our 3 nights stay. Highly recommended, especially for family with children.
Limited parking lots at the hotel.
Nice room with comfortable beds. We got upgraded and the room was spacious and even had a small kitchen. The LED strips give a nice touch. The staff was polite and friendly.
The bathroom is directly facing the rest of the room without door, giving limited (no) privacy.
Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were super friendly and the room was rly nice and comfortable with a laundry machine in the room which was helpful as well. Close to public transport (bus and tram) and a 7/11 across the road for quick access to food, drinks, ATM and literally anything! It was honestly great
The room was beautiful and well cleaned. It had all the necessary amenities.
I booked this hotel expecting at least an opportunity to park our car although we were aware that the car park was limited. It was supposed to be first come first serve. I’m not sure what the situation was as it wasn’t explained to us. But the whole time I was there the car park was empty. We were only told by staff not to park on site and to use the coin parking. Internet connection was very poor, limited parking spots
The property was very clean, apartment style where there were some cooking amenities were greatly appreciated and the staff was extremely wonderful and hospitable. 10/10 would stay again the next time we visit Kumamoto!

Nice and big rooms, very clean, had everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable.
There were no coffee making facilities in the room; you could get coffee in the lobby but it was payable. This was a pity.
