Pros (+) Amazing facility and entertainment for kids.
Cons (-) We didn’t like the occult/witchery touch throughout everything the hotel has to offer. Programm for adults and kids, decoration, toys… We unfortunately won’t come back due to that reason.

Pros (+) A perfect family holiday, lots of entertainment on offer, great swimming pools and kids clubs (children actually kept asking to go back!) I believe all guests had children with them so there was no stress about my children disturbing other guests like I would be on a different type of holiday.
Cons (-) I had to think of something to write here so I would say some of the family entertainment starts at 9pm which is too late for some younger families, especially when they’re skiing all day. Could do with an extra choice or two of boring food at dinner for my fussy children who pretty much ate (very nice) pasta every day.

Pros (+) Absolutely Fabulous! Just built in late summer 2022. Never been in such a enjoying hotel - you can drop your kids by the slide, sand playground or just driving buggy around and watch them from all inclusive bar :-). If your kids yells or screams, don’t worry other kids do the same (maybe torture for singles without kids, but for families it’s perfect!). Hotel deserves six stars since there is real...
Cons (-) What could be better? Really can not imagine what to improve, our stay exceeds our expectations, it was just perfect.
