Pros (+) I love how the staff are so friendly and they try to accommodate us.
Cons (-) This place is nice. I’ll give them that but if you’re after convenience then consider other hotels like Pinnacle. In this hotel it’s very busy due to popularity, breakfast at some point is shoulder to shoulder with other guests. Getting out of the hotel is very inconvenient too. Cons (-) It was too far from D-mall and amenities, we had to catch the shuttle to go everywhere in the hotel it is Better if you can move around without waiting for a shuttle, the pools need maintenance. the beach was close so we could not use it.
