Very comfortable beds
Buffet quality.
Definitely the SPA, great, big... it was really good. The Staff from the SPA, the massagists were great, loved all time spend there. Room was def big, huge, big bed and lovely view! Breakfast was very good, many options we did have, and staff very nice.
Smell coming from the drainers (bathroom) with a little surprise with unexpected insect, unfortunately very usual in warm places, but awful ...reported on the phone with reception later on when at the check out.
Peaceful location and large spa facility, large clean room. Lovely surprising pool area for a golfers resort
More food selection would be appreciated. Better method for keeping buffet food hot is a must as most of the food was cold on every serving. Comfortable kingsize bed, though pillows are slightly uncomfortable.
Ideal stay to play golf, staff very good and professional, the room I got was enormous, very clean and well kept

Views are incredible. Golf court is super. Breakfast is very good. Staff in general super friendly mostly at Hoyo 19. Free drinks in the room and champagne attention for bday are a highlight.
Cleaning can be improved. In the room we killed at least one small spider per day. In hoyo 19 in the afternoon the floor was always left dirty from lunch or spa vestuarios in the afternoon also quite dirty. We asked for a baby crib but was not safe for our baby as the mattress was smaller than the crib and also there were not fitted sheets for the mattress! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very relaxing and the golf course was excellent
We were disappointed we couldn’t get a massage together The shower heads need updating There was only one restaurant open for dinner and not enough tables. We had to sit at the bar to eat

Some of the wine tasting guests decided to crash our table……. Staff didn’t intervene.
Staff is really great! They are doing best for you feel comfortable! Breakfast is amazing, rooms spacious and view magnificant!
5 star hotel should do more for its maintenance
