It’s really clean, smells great, well-maintained, and has really good cold (but quiet) air conditioning. It’s also conveniently located to a lot of restaurants & shopping (Plaza Senayan or Senayan City), making it easy to avoid the need for cars (and therefore traffic). It was also lovely that we could have enough space to host a handful of family at the room.
Even though we stayed on the 19th floor - we could still hear the loud motorcycles which started from 6.30am and so we couldn’t sleep in at all.

Very close and direct access to plaza senayan mall, sizeable room and luxurious amenities, quite convenient location, easy to reach different part of Jakarta, amazing view of the city
Area quite noisy especially from motorcycle - somehow the room is not soundproof well, the TV was really bad, could not watch the channel properly, in their defense is because of third party decoder issue
Staff were absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

Amazing experience during our stay at Fairmont Hotel while watched Tinnas vs Bahrain at GBK stadium. We can meet Indonesian National Team players at this hotel and got opportunities to direct interaction with them. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable especially for our big family (2 adult and 3 kids)
Location is strategies, near the malls, GBK stadium etc
Breakfast menu was boring, breakfast price was too expensive but not worthed and need to be improved with additional local menu such as soto Betawi etc....
