Pros (+) Outstanding accommodations, staff, customer service, food, and although it is expensive… It exceeded our expectations and made my daughter's 50th birthday celebration a memorable occasion! It may be the finest hotel that we have stayed at over the years and we really appreciate the service that we received. Thank you.

Pros (+) The entry, lobby area, and exterior grounds are nice.
Cons (-) The bathtub plug was broken when we arrived in the late evening. I have a painful back, so I wanted a bath before bed. The manager would not give us a different room with a working bathtub. No one came to repair it, so I complained for several hours until she finally switched our room to the 2nd floor. It was a big hassle for an over-priced $800.00 per night room on a Monday night in late November...

Pros (+) We LOVE Fairmont !!! The grounds are so gorgeous, the food is amazing and the rooms are so beyond beautiful
Cons (-) I think that the Valet should be much less for people that stay the night and spend such an extravagant amount on their rooms
