Amazing staff, Layout, Pool and breakfast/happy hour. Mari from house keeping was a real gem. Nick did everything to make our stay comfortable and was so friendly and warm.
Recent updates to the property created initial hiccups on the wifi. But this was minor relative to how much fun we had.
The suite and the pool area are beautifully designed, with a wow-factor as soon as you entered. All the staff hosting and keeping our room clean and tidy were amazing. The customer experience was attentive without being intrusive. Nick, Dario and Mari really couldn't do enough for us.

Very nice spacious, clean rooms and garden. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool is nice and sun beds etc of very high quality.
Breakfast can be better. I’d expect fresh croissants, scrambled eggs, soft cheeses, yoghurts and bowl of fresh fruits for instance. Also would be nice if lunch and or snacks can be provided like tosti’s. For anything to eat besides breakfast you now have to leave the hotel. Cocktails are wonderful but why not serve them all day instead of during ca. 1 hour per day??
The property and amenities are amazing, the attention to details and design of the whole place are superb and the staff was just lovely. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

The attention to detail was superb. The staff really went out of their way to provide total customer satisfaction…. Nothing was a problem and I felt I was a really valued customer.

Breakfast was outstanding. Large and comfortable bed. Great location. Helpful staff
The pool could have been warmer. Some of the gadgets (tv, coffee machine) and lights were tricky to manage and instructions would have been useful.
The whole complex is amazing , rooms are spacious and immaculate , lovely extra touches like ice maker and coffee machine , great choice for breakfast , swimming pool is amazing

Everything was wonderful, the accommodation, the staff, the afternoon cocktails., the comfortable chairs. Clothing is optional, but only if one wants. The staff has only one thing on their mind: make sure that guests have a wonderful time. Close to Yumbo, but not the noise.
Small thing: we want to make a reservation for next year, but that is not possible yet. An inconvenience, because if we can’t have a room we would like to know that quickly to look for other options on the island
