The antique decor and history of the building was fascinating. The staff were very helpful and the complementary breakfast was amazing. We felt like we had gone back in time and were the main character in a movie! It is a must if you are in Asuncion!
Construction noise in the street during the day, party street noise at night. Not noticeable from our room thankfully but may be a nuisance for other guests.
Great building and comfy rooms. You were able to take your breakfast in the restaurant, pool or even the bedroom. Its in a quitter area of Recoletta.
Check-out at 10AM is too early and unheard of for a for a 5 star hotel. For a hotel that size, the gym did not have enough equipment.

Just an amazing place! A great concept… a hotel to make it look like it was refurbished from an old factory… it was so beautiful!
Shower didn’t drain… but it was huge!

What an absolute gem ! We truly loved the lofty style and all the remnants of the time of the original factory as well as additions that matched. Beautiful garden and what a breakfast. Perfect service!
I would just love to have a water kettle in the room. So I had to go and ask for hot water.

- Some of the rooms are separated by closed doors, and not quite sound-proof
This HOTEL IS SOO COOL. WHEN YOU COME FIRST IN THE LIBRARY & THE HALL YOU THINK YOU ARE IN HARRY POTTER MOVIE 🎬 SO COOOOLLLL The Staff so amazing 👏
