The stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was very good, especially the cakes which were perfect. It is a lovely property in a good location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Not much to complain about. It is difficult to drive up to it as the streets are very narrow around it but it is not far to walk to from the main road. The flashing lights from the fire alarm is a bit distracting at night but an eye mask sorts that out.
The best part of our stay was the stuff - very accommodating and welcoming, helped us in the most timely and efficient manner with accessing the room before the reception was open, packing our breakfast on the days when we needed to head out early as well as arranging a taxi on the day of departure. The only thing I could point out here is the lack of spaces in the room where you could put your belongings (adding a table, a vanity, or at least a couple of chairs would be be a big plus).Read more
The hotel’s decor was beautiful and communication with the receptionist (Megi) was seamless. Location was perfect - centrally located, but in a little side road, so it was very peaceful at night still. The hotel also gave me a free upgrade! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the courtyard was perfect for chilling in the evenings. Breakfast was also wonderful!

It was a clean modern property which was well designed. There is a nice communal courtyard. The property is in a good location.
We didn’t encounter any reception staff throughout our stay which was a shame and made the property lack a communal feel, as well as someone to ask questions to etc. The breakfast included was average.
This is really a lovely place to stay. Rooms are fresh, spacious and comfortable with clean toilets and plentiful amenities. It’s in a quiet location in a busy part of Tirana. Light breakfast was included and very central location in Tirana! Staff was friendly and responsive.
Bathroom was not cleaned properly (brown spots & hair on the floor). The room was very hot, and poor ventilation (there was an aircon though)
