Staff can be super helpful. Breakfast eggs are really good.
Staff can be not helpful also. Bathroom was damp. Breakfast buffet is not amazing.
The hotel was located close to the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel had a complimentary spa access which provided access to a steam room, jacuzzi, dry sauna and cold plunge. The hotel also had a ski storage area for equipment. The lounge was an added benefit offering cocktails from 6pm to 11:30pm.
The only small inconvenience was the renovated shower in the room. It was new and beautiful but a bit small and water did not stay inside the shower.
The staff were amazing, they couldnt do enough for us! Tomas, Remi and Bastille made the stay - the shuttle service was excellent. It made a ski trip luxurious!
Beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms are stylish and clean. Staff are all beautiful. Good shuttle service.
Breakfast was slow with a limited selection, well below the standard of most resort hotels. Noise from nightclub below hotel. I'm a repeated customer, but this stay definitely was suboptimal. The loud music from the club Farm prevented any sleep until 4am. The reception staff suggested to put ear plugs! Not really what you expect from 700 CHF/per night stay... Rooms on the 1st floor on Saturdays are just awful due to noise. Liked everything , excellent hotel, we normally stay up the road but will definitely be coming back , everything was good quality , good choice of breakfast, very nice massage /sauna, and excellent staff! The shuttle bus to the slopes is an excellent bonus up the hill to The lift . I have been coming to Verbier for over 20 years and this will now become my 1st choice of hotels .
Nothing not to like
Nice food / breakfast, super friendly staff. The hotel shuttle works perfectly and is super handy. Rooms are nice and clean.
Noise levels from the Farm Club are high. I woke up every day at 2am from the base of the club music and the people outside the club making lots of noise. This is the main drawback of this hotel, otherwise it is actually very cozy. There are also very few closets in the room to store the clothes. I had to keep most of it in the luggage as there was no space in the closet.
