Pros (+) From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and were very friendly throughout our stay. Our room was perfect with a great view of the river. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up well for exploring Porto.
Cons (-) Nothing, everything was satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Porto.

Pros (+) Fantastic location, excellent staff, very nice bijou hotel with lovely breakfast offering. Also, very quiet rooms for such a central location.
Cons (-) Limited space in the room and first impression of hotel as a little minimalistic but the staff brought warmth to our staff.

Cons (-) They put me in a room that was facing the busy street and people could look into the room and it was excessively loud since it’s at a busy square/street. Theu moved me to another room on the back side of the hotel that was much better. Rooms are very dark.

Pros (+) Great location and very quiet in the rooms despite being near a busy road. Rooms were a great size, and there was everything I needed. It was unseasonably hot, and they wouldn't put the air con on in my room, so I was a little warm at night. I didn't want to open my window because of the noise outside.
