Staff was excellent and accommodating. Great location BUT noisy at night if room has great view facing river. Clean rooms but very small bathroom no storage space in the bathroom or room no closet. Toiletries were meager

Couldnt beat the location right be the river. Stsff were great helpful and friendly. They even found and booked a day tour to douro vslley for us when we decided to go last min and most tours full. Thanks
An usual style of hotel perfectly situated The most comfortable bed Excellent variety for breakfast and good coffee All the staff without exception were polite and very helpful . Two young ladies went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly for us.

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and were very friendly throughout our stay. Our room was perfect with a great view of the river. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up well for exploring Porto.
Nothing, everything was satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Porto.

Fantastic location, excellent staff, very nice bijou hotel with lovely breakfast offering. Also, very quiet rooms for such a central location.
Limited space in the room and first impression of hotel as a little minimalistic but the staff brought warmth to our staff.
Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.
They put me in a room that was facing the busy street and people could look into the room and it was excessively loud since it’s at a busy square/street. Theu moved me to another room on the back side of the hotel that was much better. Rooms are very dark.
