Cons (-) The rooms were extremely tiny. You could not control the heat in the room. Cleaning was only done every 3 days and had to be requested.

Pros (+) We liked the location and the room, while small was fine. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) We sweated all night. We were on the first floor and our window would only open a couple of inches. We got a fan from the front desk, but it was still extremely hot.

Pros (+) Great location and Le Kock Restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a few beers and cocktails. The burgers are excellent! The rooms at Exeter are well appointed with everything you will need for your stay.
Cons (-) Parking is very expensive and limited.

Pros (+) Room was great! Clean and new! We also enjoyed the bagel shop downstairs. The Costanza bagel sandwich was so good! Overall a great stay. Close to everything in the main area of Reykavik. Would stay there again if we come back!
