Pros (+) 2 blocks from Cruise dock and only a 5 minute walk to waterfront skytrain. Staff very nice and rooms were spotless. Food on site is amazing.

Pros (+) I switched our stay to the Exchange Hotel at the last moment, and I'm so happy I did. The staff was truly exceptional. Our room, although small, was clean, modern, and comfortable. I describe the public areas in one word: fresh. Not one detail had been overlooked—from lighting to fresh flowers. The breakfast was delicious. Oh, and the Lindt Master Chocolatier off the street level entrance—BONUS!

Pros (+) This hotel is downtown, in an excellent location close to public transport. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary Illy coffee and bottled water in the room. The bathrobes were a nice touch and the bathroom had a heated floor…. So much attention to detail. Daniel, the operations manager, went above and beyond in providing assistance and suggestions during our stay.
