Pros (+) The staff were very helpful and considerate, continuously, every single one of them. No one was impatient, everyone was eager to assist.
Cons (-) A short nit, but I thought hot/cold settings in the shower were finicky. A tiny nudge either made it too hot or too cool. Like I said, a nit.

Cons (-) We arrived late and found ourselves in a corner room that was awful in terms of design and space. Fortunately, we managed to move the next day. The complimentary breakfast was limited in choice, one filter coffee and one menu choice.

Cons (-) I did not like there hearing and cooling system We had to got to the front t desk 3 times to tell them to turn down the heat. You can not do the heat and cooling system in the room.

Pros (+) It is a nostalgic building, beautifully maintained and updated, right beside the Lindt store and perfectly located to walk anywhere in downtown Vancouver. Also the restaurant Hydra (Mediterranean cuisine) is located on the second floor, fabulous dining experience.
Cons (-) Nothing, it was beautiful, will stay again, a jewel!
