Your advertising should said it under renovation. No view at all time, it does not worth my money. Stuff and location good. I will not stay next time.
Very polite and extremely helpful staff; reception, door, concierge, breakfast room and housekeeping. Comfortable beds. Excellent location with the subway only 4-5 minutes away.
Couldn't open the blinds due to building work (although nothing seemed to be happening during our stay). This means that the room lacked natural light at any time of the day and so felt very enclosed and claustrophobic. I would check if this is the case before booking as it impacted how comfortable we felt in the room.

This is the best hotel ever. Great service and very clean. My kids 5 and 8 years old love so much and we will be back soon. We stay 8 nights here and easy to MRT and lots restaurants around and bus stops very easy to anywhere. Hotel super clean and zero complaints
Good location and friendly staff. However, the window in the room is sealed with no natural light coming in. For the price I paid for the room, this is really not worth it.
Great location, close to bus stop and subway station. Room amenities cover all our needs. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. Very friendly staffs, always eager to offer helps.
Due to hotel renovations, the windows were blocked without any views.
Location is ok. Services from staff were excellent, we asked for help in restaurant recommendations and booking! It was carried out nicely!
It’s kind a run down. Breakfast is pretty basic, comparing to an American based hotel like Marriott or Haytt, there’s a lot to learn from! We knew there’s construction going on but we didn’t know that all rooms are covered with no windows view! That’s a bummer!

Location of hotel is great. It is near to train station, 7-11, familymarts and a famous bakery (Leechi). Family Room is huge and clean. Bathroom has all the facilities (i.e. bidet, bath tub, 2 x basins etc.)
Nothing much, except for family rooms, good to have a stepping stool for kids in the bathroom.
The staff made this place special. They went out of the way to make sure we had a place to stow our bags when we arrived early, they gave us directions and sightseeing advice, and they had a taxi ready to take us back to the airport.
