The breakfast was very good and with a lot of options. The suites have a beautiful view to the river and the bridge. Everything was very clean and the employers were wonderfull.
The fact that there's no free parking. Outside it's impossible to stop the car.
All staff were great, especially Pedro, Felipe at the bar. Very good service and humor! Great stay.
Location was superb.
Coffee options in the room could be better - ie a variety of instant coffees, more milk and sweeteners 😊
We absolutely loved the roof top, the location was great, the room was spacious and had a gorgeous view.
The breakfast staff didn’t move to help people or refill foods. There always seemed to be something wrong with at least one coffee machine and very little hot foods available.
Breakfast buffet was nice. The location wasn't bad, just a little bit of a walk (~ 1/2 mile) from the action along the river. That made it quiet but a bit of a distance to walk.
Photos suggested the balcony was larger than in reality, but not a big deal.
The rooftop views are exceptional, the breakfast in the dining room was lovely. 5-10 minute walk along the river to the waterfront action like restaurants and street entertainers. Comfy bed, clean & nice room, you’re paying for the view. Lovely staff.
We couldn’t order food and beverage room service, as there’s no onsite restaurant.
Great location and lovely big suite. Nice yo have a kitchenette.

I liked our room and view - both comfortable and lovely. Despite being on a major street the room was very quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop patio was also very nice to be. The reception staff was just super lovely and helpful.
The hotel is built into a side of a cliff which is very cool but it does make getting around the hotel a little confusing. Multiple different elevators and stair wells are required to get to your room. It was a minor inconvenience.
The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great, the location was quiet and away from the busy tourist areas, but in walking distance along the river to lots of restaurants, bars and the port wine houses. Uber taxis were very reliable.
sometimes the cleaners were abit noisy cleaning adjoining rooms in the morning.
