Spacious appartment with a balcony. Friendly staff.
The size of the room is surprisingly big! It was very clean and silent.
A wonderful hotel with good service, and very large rooms.
It's definitely not in the city centre, but is easily accessible using public transport.
The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but I was quite close to the location of the business meeting (approx. 20 minutes walk). Despite the problems with the power outage in Portugal, they managed to arrange an evening snack for me, as all the restaurants in the vicinity were closed. The rooms were large and comfortable, as was the bed.
The shower room could be modernised and simplified a little. I had quite a bit of trouble getting the temperature and water source right for the shower.
The room was spacious with a kitchen equipped enough. The bed was quite comfortable.
We were disappointed by their standards of "hot" water. For us it was cold and the receptionist said that in Porto the normal temperature of hot water is around 42°C (obviously it's not true, it's not the first time I'm in Porto). Bath/ shower very slippy. Dangerous needs non slip mat . Toilet rolls very small and poor quality .Air conditioning noisy
Excellent hotel, I have booked a room here several times and everything is great. Near the metro, cafes and shops nearby. The room is very comfortable, there is a mini kitchen, tea/coffee/water, apples, you can take sweets for tea downstairs. Very clean, comfortable bed, always quiet.
