Pros (+) The location was great, and the overall environment was pleasant. There was no strange smell in the room, which I really appreciated. The lighting wasn’t very bright, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Cons (-) I could hear my neighbor clearly. They were louder than typical guests. The neighbors were clearly smoking, yet my 8-year-old and I got a warning from management. Staff did not seem to care when I complained.
