Pros (+) Very comfortable room, spotless, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. Good bed. The breakfast was over the top good and the lady in charge of the breakfast service was so friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Central location. Modern facility. Wonderfully kind staff, especially Candela. Delicious breakfast with lots of protein. Lovely wait staff who made sure I had a “care package” for my next day on the Camino.
Cons (-) I understand that having a full-on restaurant might be a costly thing for the hotel, but please, at least a rioja bar with a couple of signature easy-to-make tapas, for those guests (like me) who prefer a quiet evening away from the crowds on Calle Laurel. This addition would definitely make money.

Pros (+) Excellent staff - Pablo at the front desk was fantastic with helpful suggestions for things to do & a handy map to show us where to go. Breakfast was very, very good.
Cons (-) It was noisy in the street outside our window at 4am. Not much the hotel can do about that, but it did detract from our stay.

Pros (+) Excellent location in city center, close to main landmarks. Staff at frontdesk was very helpful and kind, we appreciated their support to fix mistake in the reservation and recommended best spots in city for dine out. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Pros (+) Location is great. Parking was great - decent size spaces and easy access. Breakfast was good with range of choice. Our bed was comfortable with good linens. Shower also good. Attractive decor. Very helpful and welcoming receptionist.
Cons (-) Our room (305) was very dark. Just lamps on the side of the bed. Fine in daylight but impossible at night!
