The hotel was elegant, clean, and perfectly located. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable – overall, a very pleasant stay.
We had to ask twice for tea and cups that were missing in the room, and eventually had to go down to the bar ourselves. Also, charging for still water in the room felt disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The phone number for the reception is just 1000, not #1000 – a small thing, but misleading. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the centre, metro, restaurants, museums ... The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. There is a coffee and tea machine in the room. We had a balcony, which was very nice for relaxing. There is a garage under the hotel. The bar in the lobby has very reasonable prices for drinks!

Location was central. 24/7 staff on reception. Could ask for anything (we asked for more pillows and iron/board) and they brought it to the room. Helped with sightseeing, restaurant tips, taxis etc. Friendly staff. Rooms were good size and quiet.
Every thing was great. But a little faraway from the center
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Based on other customers' comments, I was afraid that it would be too hot in the room, but the temperature was 21 degrees Celsius, exactly as I set it.
