Pros (+) Comfy, clean and quiet, we had a good relationship with the people that work there they are very kind and friendly.
Cons (-) It was more than 25° and you couldn't regulate the temperature of the room, so we slept with the window open.

Cons (-) The website said the room would come with a coffee machine. It did not and we were told only some rooms have them and we could not get one. The breakfast was probably the worst I have had. Every single morning the scrambled eggs were appalling. Selection and quality of the buffet was below was I expect.
